USO San Diego’s Downtown Center is the winner of the fourth annual IKEA Life Improvement Co-worker Challenge. As the winner, they have received IKEA products and design expertise* from IKEA San Diego for a makeover of their Café – an area used on a daily basis by the Military personnel and their families.
